THE HOXTON SHEPHERD’S BUSH

INSIDE

CHECKING-IN

A cool and airy open space, The Hoxton has a unique design that blends industrial and vintage elements. The hotel's interior is characterised by metal accents and a muted colour palette that creates a cosy and welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel's lobby area combines a stylish working space alongside a wrap-around bar and fiery Thai-Americana diner, which creates an urban atmosphere and is perfect for socialising or a great spot for remote work. Featuring high ceilings, large windows that allow for plenty of natural light, and comfortable seating areas where you can relax or work.

Flexi check-in is our favourite thing about The Hoxton (as always) if you haven’t heard us go on about this enough by now.

STEP INSIDE

We stayed in the cosy room which is the smallest of the selection, designed with copper accents, dark woods and a peach-toned interior, it had a modern Art Deco feel to it. For us, it’s all in the details, like terrazzo-topped tables, geometric patterns and playful fluid shapes throughout bring this place to life.

Whilst the decor was really cool it wasn’t our favourite Hoxton (we’ve stayed in a fair few) however, the homey touches - radio, high-quality linens and modern amenities like flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and retro radio still made the room feel warm and welcoming. On the plus side, this location does offer cost-friendly options such as no window rooms and bunkbed options - unlike other Hoxton’s there’s the chance to stay here for less if you don’t mind doubling up.

Room service - if you want our opinion, don’t bother. There are so many tasty places in the area for breakfast you should make the most of or if you do want to eat onsite, head on down to Chet’s in the lobby (more on that below) - see our Inside Guide to West London for more info on where to eat in Shep’s Bush.

THAI DINING

Chet’s, a Thai-Americana spot combining the fragrant flavours and smoky textures of Thailand and the surrounding region with comforts from the classic American diner is the onsite restaurant with tasty food that doesn’t take itself too seriously. The wrap-around bar is our favourite feature, with low-key lighting and a relaxed atmosphere, we spent our evening sampling the wine menu and think it makes a 10/10 date night spot.

INSIDE INTEL

Set in the perfect West London location in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush and just a 10-minute walk to the tube, you can jump on the central line straight into central London in no time at all (by London standards anyway).

With Westfields, Soho House White City and iconic venues such as the BBC Studios and 02 Music Hall on the doorstep, you’ll never be short of anything to see in this electric London neighbourhood. There’s also a huge selection of lively, buzzy restaurants to choose from at White City - Kricket being a firm favourite of ours.
